I spent years leading hiring across finance and technology consulting practices, where interviews became a constant part of my day—reviewing CVs, coordinating recruiters, conducting screening calls, and resolving hiring escalations just to keep the process moving. One experience stayed with me. My team conducted more than 70 interviews to fill just two positions, and only one candidate eventually joined.
