VProPle uses consumption-based pricing rather than traditional per-user or per-seat pricing. Interview-as-a-Service is available in three service levels: Hassle Free, Premium, and Elite. Other VProPle interview products are available at a fixed transparent per-interview rate.
Do I pay per user or per interview?

VProPle pricing is based primarily on interview activity rather than the number of users on the platform. This allows recruiting teams, hiring managers, and interview stakeholders to use the platform without adding a separate charge for every user.
Does Interview-as-a-Service pricing change for international time zones?

Yes. The displayed Interview-as-a-Service prices apply to interviews conducted in India time zones. Interviews involving candidates in other time zones may have different pricing depending on interviewer availability and operational requirements. Contact Sales for international pricing.
Does time zone affect the price of AI Interviews, Interview Bites, or Internal Interview Management?

No. These products use automated or platform-led workflows, so their pricing remains fixed at ₹500 ($5) per interview attempted regardless of the candidate's time zone.
What is the difference between Hassle Free, Premium, and Elite?

All three Interview-as-a-Service plans provide the core expert-led interview infrastructure. Hassle Free is designed for teams that want VProPle to manage the interview operation. Premium adds the ability to choose the interviewer. Elite adds a dedicated Success Manager to work closely with your hiring team.
Can I choose the interviewer?

Yes. Interviewer selection is included in the Premium and Elite Interview-as-a-Service plans. This gives hiring teams greater control over interviewer fit based on skills, technology, domain, seniority, or other role requirements.
What is included in the Elite plan?

Elite includes the capabilities of the Premium plan along with a dedicated Success Manager. The Success Manager works with your team to align interview requirements, interviewer quality, workflows, reporting, and delivery for individual positions or hiring programs.
Can I use VProPle for different types of interviews?

Yes. VProPle supports multiple interview models, including expert-led technical interviews, internal-panel interviews, AI-led interviews, and asynchronous video assessments.
Can I pay in USD or INR?

Yes. Pricing is displayed in USD by default, with INR available through the currency selector. The displayed USD and INR prices are reference prices for the applicable pricing model. Final invoicing is subject to the applicable commercial terms.
