Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Salesforce Developer/Administrator (Freelance) to join our technology team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work on enterprise-level Salesforce implementations, customizations, and integrations across various Salesforce Cloud services. You will be responsible for developing scalable Salesforce solutions, maintaining platform stability, and enabling seamless collaboration across business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Administer and configure Salesforce environments, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, workflows, and security settings.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other third-party applications or services.
• Conduct regular system audits, prepare data reports, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements based on user feedback.
• Adhere to Agile/Scrum practices and use tools like Git and Jira for version control and task management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer and/or Administrator.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
• Familiarity with data tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, and SOQL.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
