You’ll play a lead role in shaping visual storytelling across brand campaigns, product explainers, social content, and more. Your motion work won’t just look good—it’ll make people feel something.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, and animation
• A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality brand storytelling and product-focused motion design
• Lead conceptualization, design, and execution of high-impact video and motion content
• Oversee full video lifecycle including storyboarding, animation, editing, color grading, sound design, and more
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product teams to align visuals with business goals
• Own multiple projects end-to-end while maintaining creative consistency and delivery timelines
• Maintain high standards for creativity, execution, and storytelling across all outputs
• Stay updated on motion trends and emerging tools and help raise the team’s creative bar
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers in the team
• Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, and related tools
• Solid understanding of animation principles, visual rhythm, pacing, and audio integration
• Ability to work independently, manage creative priorities, and meet deadlines without compromising quality
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across design, marketing, and tech teams
• Passion for storytelling through visuals and motion
• Bonus: Experience with 3D animation tools like Blender or Cinema 4D
• Bonus: Understanding of UI motion design or micro-interactions for web/mobile interfaces
• Bonus: Familiarity with video marketing strategies and performance-oriented content creation
