React.js Engineer – Senior II

You’ll take a key role in designing front-end architecture, driving engineering excellence, and elevating the team’s capabilities with your leadership and deep technical expertise.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in front-end engineering
• Strong expertise in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and frontend architecture
• Design, implement, and test complex front-end applications with high performance and maintainability
• Build and extend reusable component libraries using tools like MUI, Antd, Shadcn, or TailwindCSS
• Define scalable UI architectures and guide the team on best practices
• Conduct detailed code reviews focusing on quality, performance, and test coverage
• Collaborate with designers to refine UI components based on real user feedback and usability testing
• Utilize frontend build and test tools such as Vite, Webpack, Babel, Jest, Cypress, and React Testing Library
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and bring modern DevOps practices into the front-end workflow
• Contribute to engineering processes that ensure consistency and efficiency across projects
• Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and React (with Hooks)
• Proficiency in state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or Jotai
• Strong hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS/SASS, and responsive UI design
• Familiarity with Storybook for documenting UI components
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and collaboration using Figma
• Skilled in testing with Jest, Cypress, and other React testing frameworks
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Mentor and guide a team of front-end developers through code reviews, training, and technical challenges
• Break down complex features into smaller, manageable tasks and help the team deliver them efficiently
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and roadmap discussions with product and design teams
• Lead the Community of Practice initiatives to share knowledge and continuously improve team standards
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance engineering culture across departments
