Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of professional experience in content writing, digital marketing, or editorial roles
• Proven experience writing across multiple formats (blogs, social media, internal communications, etc.)
• Strong creative writing and editing skills with an eye for detail
• Ability to develop original content that drives engagement
• Proficiency with digital tools, platforms, and SEO practices
• Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars
• Excellent communication—both written and verbal
• Confident in independent research and content planning
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Analytical thinking and adaptability to feedback
• Organized, persuasive, and socially aware of audience tone and context
• Plan, create, and manage content aligned with brand voice and business goals
• Write compelling blog posts, social media captions, internal memos, and company announcements
• Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to produce engaging multimedia content
• Research industry trends and incorporate them into content strategy
• Optimize written content for SEO and digital best practices
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence with consistent, high-quality posts
• Support editorial standards across teams and provide feedback or guidance as needed
• Track content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics and insights
