Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, product documentation, or solution consulting
• Strong background working in Agile/Scrum-based environments
• Analyse existing processes and software development lifecycles to identify improvement areas
• Gather, define, and document functional, business, and system-level requirements (BRD, SRS, FRS, user stories)
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend practical, scalable solutions
• Take ownership of project lifecycle—from requirement gathering to successful delivery
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and UAT sessions with internal teams and clients
• Create user-centric assets such as process flows, ER diagrams, use case diagrams, wireframes, and functional specifications
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity, feasibility, and alignment
• Stay current with digital transformation trends and suggest relevant process/product enhancements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
• Skilled in wire-framing and prototyping tools: Figma, Miro, Lucidchart, Axure, Balsamiq, Visio
• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence
• Understanding of modern tech stacks for Web and Mobile app development
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based system concepts
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent documentation and reporting skills
• Clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal, with strong client-facing presence
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Collaborative but confident in driving initiatives independently
• Proactive and passionate about solving business problems through technology
• Bonus: Experience in customer journey mapping or service design
• Bonus: Working knowledge of SQL or analytics tools for data validation
• Bonus: Domain knowledge in fintech, healthcare, or e-commerce
