User authorizes, agrees and unambiguously consents to the transmission of any personal data information related to the, for legitimate business purposes:

8. How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. 13.Governing Laws and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy, our services and its use are governed by the laws of India and the courts in Bengaluru, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes connected to our Platform or the Services.

14.Dispute Resolution

i. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement, which is not resolved within 30 days (thirty days) after the service of a notice by a Party on the other, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination shall be referred to and finally shall be resolved through arbitration by a sole arbitrator nominated by VProple under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and other applicable provisions thereof.

ii. The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language and shall be held in Bengaluru.

ii. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on the Parties.
