How does VProPle ensure that interviews are in line with our expectations?
VProPle uses a curated interview structure with an objective to have a 360 degree view on the present and future requirements. We engage with your team through a detailed information gathering process which includes mapping of skills, level, culture, etc. The requirements are then reviewed and amended during the course of interviewing on need basis to ensure a robust yet effective methodology.

What would be the role of the organization's HR/ recruitment team?
Your team would be responsible to share list of candidates with necessary details and resumes after their due diligence as per your current policy. VProPle would connect with candidates, identify interviewers, set up interviews and share expert feedback & early watch alerts.

How does VProPle ensure that interviewers are not from my organization?
Our team pre screens the candidates' profile and the system ensures that interviews are scheduled only with those interviewers who are not part of your organization.

How are the experts selected?
VProPle currently uses multiple choice questions followed by an skills mapping/ assessment session to evaluate interviewers. A rating system is used to monitor their performance based on our quality control, client and candidate feedback.

What about my privacy?
VProPle will not, in any circumstances, share your personal information with other individuals or organizations without your prior permission, including public organizations, corporations or individuals, except when applicable by law. We do not sell, communicate or divulge your information to any mailing lists.

Is this a full time engagement?
NO. We invite you to take interviews in your area of expertise only when your skill set match the requirement.

How are interviews scheduled?
Once our AI driven backend software finds a match for your skill sets, it sends an email to your registered mail id asking you to provide preferred time slot (at least 3 slots) within a time window. It then sends you a confirmation mail by selecting any one slot provided by you.

How much will I be paid per interview?
We, at VProPel, encourage performance driven payment. Through continued superior performance you can earn much higher remuneration compared to your peers. Other factors considered are your primary skill(s), relevant years of experience, etc.

What is the payment cycle?
We follow a fortnightly payment cycle. Payments are processed on second and fourth Friday of every month. In case the date falls on a public holiday then next working day is considered.

Am I penalised for wrong hiring, interview cancellation, no shows?
VProPle uses a rating system which uses such parameters to rate your performance. We do not deduct any amount but your rating influences your chances of getting the next interview.

Can I refer any colleague to VProPle?
Yes. At VProPle we consider interviewers as our business partners. You can track your referal status on your dashboard and you get bonus for each successful referal.

How does VProPle help us as Interviewing Partner?
While your team sources resumes from multiple platforms, VProPle understands your client's requirement. Identifies expert panel, schedules, tracks and reports for interviews on your behalf. So you share only a set of handpicked candidates thereby reducing your client's hiring time and increase your credibility in terms of conversion ratio.

How do you ensure being unbiased in your selection when you are selecting for similar skill set for multiple clients?
At VProPle, selection process quality control is our topmost criteria. We do blind interviews where JD and CV are auto masked in-order to avoid biased feedback. Interviewers are selected based on performance and no interviewer is allowed to have more than two interviews for a given position.

How do you track your process efficiency?
We use both qualitative and quantitative benchmarks for each of the sub-processes which are continuously updated/modified based on inputs from industry experts. Our performance measurement revolves around optimizing Total Cost of Ownership.
